Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and sustain team billing gross profit targets throughout the financial year
  • Guide and develop all consultants within the team
  • Oversee a minimum of three billing consultants, ensuring all meet their targets throughout the financial year
  • Accurately provide weekly gross profit reports
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to a high standard
  • Actively engage in supporting preferred supplier list business for the team, including tender responses, presentations, client evaluations, and nurturing relationship development
  • Ensure adherence to ISO Standard Operating Procedures for yourself and your team

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess experience in IT recruitment, although managers with a proven track record in other industries are also welcome to apply.

You should showcase your success through previous revenue achievements and the cultivation of business relationships with both candidates and clients. Proficiency in both new business development and account management/delivery is crucial.
