About the Opportunity
We are excited to present a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual seeking a rewarding challenge in Human Resources. As a key member of the Capgemini UK HR Manager Community, you will play a vital role in advising and engaging with the business.
In this position, you will serve as a Generalist HR Manager, dedicated to supporting one of our Strategic Business Units (SBUs), with the potential for rotation across various accounts as needed.
Work Environment
This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from a mix of company offices, client locations, and your home, ensuring flexibility while meeting the needs of the business.
Key Responsibilities
As a proactive and motivated self-starter, you will:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement the HR strategy and contribute to the people agenda through various projects and initiatives, including training and development.
- Provide well-informed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practices and innovative approaches to case management.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of business challenges to effectively support people managers in developing appropriate solutions.
- Manage data and analytics for your designated business areas, conducting regular tracking and reporting on key people metrics, including attendance and case management.

Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role with a solid understanding of employment legislation and a proven track record in end-to-end case management.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple cases and small projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment as an inquisitive self-starter eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse network of stakeholders and address their needs diplomatically.
- CIPD qualification is preferred.
Security Clearance Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. While there are no nationality or residency restrictions, additional checks may be necessary for those who have lived outside the UK in the past three years.
