Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ICRT Team Lead to join our team in Poole, providing leadership and guidance to our intermediate care team.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to the intermediate care team
  • Developing and implementing care plans for patients
  • Coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a practitioner to degree/diploma level
  • Membership of the relevant Professional Body
  • Evidence of recent professional development
  • Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
  • Supervised experience gained during clinical placements
  • Recent previous experience within a comparable role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively

Desirable Criteria

Experience of providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff

Information / Technology Resources

The successful candidate will need to be able to:

  • Evaluate data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Use electronic patient / service user record systems

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can plan and organise on-going activities
  • Is willing to advance their clinical knowledge and competence
  • Has demonstrable skills in written and spoken English
