Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Farnborough

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a critical site in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be mechanically biased.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks on HVAC plant, VAV - VRV, and water treatment systems.
  • Performing ballast changes, lamping, and PAT testing.

Requirements:

  • Trade-trained with at least 3 years' experience in the building services industry.
  • City & Guilds qualified in mechanical engineering.
  • Good building services knowledge and a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
