Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM
PRS is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join a leading FM service provider in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ).
This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Services engineer to join a well-established maintenance provider in Farnborough. The successful candidate will provide support on Mechanical equipment on site, carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks, including:- HVAC plant, VAV – VRV, Water treatment
- Ballast Changes, Lamping, PAT testing
