Job Summary:

proAV Limited is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Onsite Audio Visual Technician to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless audio visual experiences across various events and meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users on audio visual equipment, connectivity, and applications.
  • Conduct daily morning meeting room testing of all technologies deployed.
  • Set up and support meetings and conferences as required.
  • Fault handling and tracking of all AV fault-related tickets raised via our ticketing system.
  • Track and manage all AV requests received via our dedicated AV system.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting of any AV system failures.
  • Experience and good understanding of all technologies deployed.
  • Setup, testing, operation, and break down of audio visual and video conference equipment as required.
  • Event Support – preparation, rehearsals, and coordination of rental equipment.
  • Manage proAV onsite service deliverables working in conjunction with our help desk teams.
  • Inventory management of consumables and stock holding of on-site critical spares.

Desirable Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years corporate experience.
  • Knowledge of Audio-Visual systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge in meeting room audio and video conference systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure to strict deadlines.
  • Remain client-facing and calm under pressure at all times.
  • Have excellent communication, time management, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Be able to establish productive relationships with people at all levels.
  • Ability to use own initiative appropriately.
  • Customer-focused and strong ability to deal with individuals on all levels in a friendly, welcoming, and helpful manner.
