We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team as a Delay Analysis Expert. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on delay analysis and planning for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct forensic investigations of project delays and prepare prospective and retrospective delay analyses.
- Prepare written reports for use in negotiation and formal dispute resolution processes.
- Prepare or defend extension of time claims on behalf of employers, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
- Develop and implement delay analysis methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a construction project planner.
- Proven expertise in delay analysis and planning.
- Strong understanding of contract and law within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
