About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced social worker to join our team at New Chapters Fostercare. As a social worker, you will work with families and individuals to provide therapeutic support and guidance to help them build strong relationships and parenting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to families and individuals
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the needs of each family
- Work closely with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to support
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and make adjustments to support plans as needed
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or a related field
- Experience working with families and individuals in a therapeutic setting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
