About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in Belfast. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for obtaining new business over the phone and through customer referrals to create new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make business-to-business outbound calls to contact decision makers and close sales.
  • Build key relationships with customers and manage their journey.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunity.
  • Meet daily targets and manage time effectively.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer literate with experience in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in outbound sales in a call centre environment or similar sales setting.
