About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team at Allianz (UK) Limited. As a key member of our InfoSec Transformation Team, you will play a critical role in supporting transformation activities and ensuring the security and resilience of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management and Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity transformation initiatives for Cyber Resilience in alignment with UK board commitments and the Group's overall cyber resilience objectives.
  • Drive program delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, overcoming obstacles and managing risks effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans: Allocate resources effectively to support the successful execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure project outcomes: Meet or exceed defined success criteria and cyber resilience objectives.
  • Monitor project milestones: Deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives.
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Establish and maintain project tracking systems and dashboards to monitor the status of all ongoing cybersecurity transformation projects.
  • Prepare and present reports: On project status, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure transparency and accountability: In all aspects of project execution.
  • Ensure project outcomes: Meet the cyber resilience objectives that the projects are set out to achieve.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity transformation-related projects and initiatives.
  • Engage with stakeholders: Across the organization, including IT, business, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders: Navigate varying priorities, cultures, and requirements to drive consensus and foster collaboration.
Requirements
  • Project Management technical skills: Organization, governance, estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and risk/issue management.
  • Cybersecurity knowledge: Spanning people, processes, and technology, recognizing the alignment of cybersecurity with broader business goals and organizational culture.
  • Experience in Cyber Security consulting: With a proven history of contributing valuable insights to projects.
  • Proven track record: Leading successful cyber risk transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
