The Union MMU is seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join its Board of Trustees. As a trustee, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring its governance, financial sustainability, and legal compliance.

The Board of Trustees is responsible for setting the overall direction of The Union MMU, with a focus on advancing education and supporting the student experience. Trustees will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Leadership Team to achieve the organization's mission and vision.

We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of governance, strategy, and finance, as well as a commitment to the values of student representation, student rights, and the student experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to see future opportunities.

The role requires a significant time commitment, with regular meetings of the Board of Trustees and attendance at key events. We are offering a three-year term or a co-opted one-year term, depending on the candidate's availability and preferences.
