About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysis Manager to lead our IT Business Analysis team. As a Business Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading the IT business analysis responsibilities on priority strategic programmes of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of IT Business Analysts to deliver high-quality business analysis services.
  • Develop and implement business analysis practices and methodologies to improve the quality of business analysis services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business analysis projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business analysis and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
