We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at BAM Construct & Ventures UK Ltd. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain kitchen and catering areas, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Responsible for cleaning toilets, changing rooms, and other sanitary areas, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- Undertake special cleaning programs during designated periods, ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Collect and dispose of waste in an environmentally responsible manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of waste bins, reporting any issues or damage to management.
- Perform routine checks on specialist equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and reporting any damages or needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
