NMS Recruit Limited is partnering with a highly respected Financial Services firm to secure a Mortgage Advisor. This is a full-time opportunity for a strategic financial leader who can drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to assess their mortgage needs and requirements. You will provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions, and evaluate client creditworthiness and determine mortgage eligibility. You will also collaborate with underwriters, administrators, and solicitors to ensure smooth mortgage processing, and stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and requirements
  • Provide guidance and advice on mortgage options, terms, and conditions
  • Evaluate client creditworthiness and determine mortgage eligibility
  • Collaborate with underwriters, administrators, and solicitors to ensure smooth mortgage processing
  • Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and best practices

Requirements:
  • CeMAP qualified
  • 1+ years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
  • Excellent communication abilities with a passion for delighting customers
  • Self-starter with high motivation to deliver amazing customer experience
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships across internal team members
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
