Senior Residential Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Practitioner to join their team in a Children's home in Leeds.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, stimulating, and secure living environment for children, supporting their physical and emotional needs, and working closely with professionals and communities to sustain links and understand past problems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement care plans, conduct risk assessments, and devise support and health plans for children in care.
- Provide a nurturing environment that promotes children's ambitions for their future and their learning, both in and out of school.
- Support children and young people's emotional, mental, and physical health needs to build self-esteem.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality service is delivered.
Requirements:
- A minimum of NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care and the QFC Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services Level 5.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and external partners.
