People Services Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our People Services team, you will provide high-quality, consistent advice and administer processes within the team, maintaining defined framework SLAs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own workload while prioritizing appropriately to achieve deadlines and SLAs.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders, building strong, lasting relationships.
- Administer a range of HR transactional activities.
- Respond to general enquiry emails within agreed SLAs.
- Operate within GDPR and in accordance with FCA/PRA regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of keying within PeopleCloud.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by proactively working with the immediate and wider People Function teams.
- Resolve day-to-day enquires, issues, and complaints; investigate where necessary to achieve a full resolution.
- Identify potential improvements to processes through the creation and updating of How to Guides while supporting training team members and cross-skilling within the teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write clearly and concisely and be confident and persuasive in verbal presentations.
- Act with integrity to manage confidential and sensitive cases with utmost professionalism.
- Ability to analyze information from a range of sources.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with the wider HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
