Job Title: Real Estate Finance Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join our team at Womble Bond Dickinson. As a key member of our Legal Solutions Centre, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our Legal Solutions Centre. You will be responsible for managing established workstreams on behalf of our banking clients, including technical supervision and development of our paralegal team.

You will work closely with our Legal Solutions Centre Director and Partners, as well as our Real Estate Finance team, to build and enhance our services. Your role will also involve being an advocate for innovation and service delivery within the firm, supporting the optimisation of legal work and assisting with the winning of new clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage established workstreams on behalf of banking clients
  • Supervise and develop our paralegal team
  • Work closely with our Legal Solutions Centre Director and Partners
  • Be an advocate for innovation and service delivery within the firm
  • Support the optimisation of legal work and assist with the winning of new clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • UK qualified lawyer (Cilex qualified candidates welcome)
  • Experience as a qualified real estate lawyer, banking lawyer, or real estate finance lawyer
  • Previous experience of supervising at least 1 person within a legal team
