Job Opportunity

This prestigious national Legal 100 firm is seeking a skilled solicitor or chartered legal executive to join their real estate finance department in Plymouth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year PQE and experience in real estate, banking, or real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate finance transactions on behalf of banking clients
  • Provide technical supervision to junior team members
  • Contribute to building services and identify opportunities for new workstreams
  • Liaise with project managers and legal technologists to onboard services and enhance them as they scale
  • Advocate for innovation and service delivery

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (FCILEx)
  • At least 1 year PQE
  • Experience in real estate, banking, or real estate finance
  • Ideal experience managing/supervising at least one person within a legal setting
