Facultative Reinsurance Business Leader

About the Role
This is a key leadership position within WTW, responsible for driving the success of our facultative reinsurance business in the Rest of World region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the Rest of World region.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of reinsurance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying opportunities to grow the business and drive revenue.
- Oversee the development and implementation of innovative reinsurance solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in reinsurance leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the facultative reinsurance market.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
