Are you a seasoned Sales Negotiator looking to take your career to the next level, or a Sales Progressor seeking a new challenge? Our client, a forward-thinking property recruitment agency, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Progressor to join their dynamic team in Cheshunt.

This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of sales progression, exceptional training, and career development. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts, liaising with surveyors and solicitors, and advising clients on a regular basis throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a Sales Progressor or Sales Negotiator role, be exceptionally well-organized and literate, and able to manage a fast-paced workload. If you are a strategic thinker with excellent written communication skills, a client-focused approach, and a strong ability to work in a team, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
  • Liaise with surveyors and solicitors
  • Advise clients on a regular basis throughout the process
  • Update vendors on their sale and ensure they are given the best possible advice
  • Record and input information onto the database

What We Offer:

  • Basic salary: £28,000 - £32,000
  • Bonus scheme
  • 4 to 5 day working week with possible consideration for 1 day a week working from home
  • 9am - 6pm
