Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Sales Progressor to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment.

The Sales Progressor will be responsible for managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts. This will involve liaising with surveyors and solicitors, managing and advising clients on a regular basis throughout the process, and updating vendors on their sale.

• Manage properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
• Liaise with surveyors and solicitors
• Manage and advise clients on a regular basis throughout the process
• Update vendors on their sale
• Record and input information onto the database

• Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in property sales
• Exceptionally well-organised and literate
• Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent standard of written communication
• Client-focused and target-driven
• Good interpersonal skills

• Basic salary: £28,000 - £32,000
