About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at TC Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling all modes of freight and driving business growth in the South region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Sales in executing their duties in support of the Managing Director's vision to increase competitiveness and profitability.
  • Support the Head of Sales in implementing sales strategies, activities, and reporting as required.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to the sales team in the absence of the Head of Sales.
  • Sell services at the best possible price by building relationships with clients and contributing to company growth in line with targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure minimal risk is undertaken when negotiating new deals and contracts.
  • Sell services by meeting customers offsite at least 3 days per week.
  • Report and record sales pipeline activities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience of meeting or exceeding sales targets (ideally within the same or similar industry).
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving new business.
  • Fully conversant with Office 365 (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel etc).
  • Able to create comprehensive sales reports in Excel.
  • Proficient in report writing (desirable).
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 per annum car allowance and a bonus structure based on targets and company growth.
