We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Robert Walters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings as required, organizing agendas and necessary paperwork

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience creating board packs, either manually or digitally, for non-executive members
  • Experience working with C-suite executives
