Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
- Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
- Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting their mental and physical well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification
- At least 12 months experience working as a Care Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
