Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
  • Support residents with their medication and healthcare needs
  • Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting their mental and physical well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification
  • At least 12 months experience working as a Care Assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
