Key Responsibilities:
- Manage live webinars, including setup, rehearsals, audience engagement, and data reporting
- Handle post-event data management and feedback analysis
- Administer the events team inbox and update the firm's events calendar
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to organize physical events
- Promote best practices for online and in-person events
- Support marketing campaigns and coordinate invitations
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in a professional manner
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of event management experience
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Familiarity with webinar technology is a plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to build relationships quickly
