Job Title: Senior Registered Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Registered Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Resolution Home Treatment (CRHT) Team in Norfolk & Waveney.

About the Role

As a Senior Registered Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing and assessing risk, making decisions in collaboration with all systems, and undertaking assessments with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage and assess risk as part of our role, making decisions in complete collaboration with all systems.
  2. Undertake assessments, working collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip OT, Clinical Psychology or equivalent, and a Mentorship qualification or ENB 998. You should also have experience in delivery of clinical interventions, working in team delivering person-centred treatment packages, and demonstrating effective risk assessment and risk management experience.
