Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the implementation of a new manufacturing system for Sanderson. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on manufacturing systems and material requirement planning (MRP) systems delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to deliver the project
  • Manage the relationship with the third-party IT vendors and technical project managers
  • Develop and implement a project plan to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Ensure seamless integration of the new system with existing Dynamics 365

Requirements

  • Strong project management experience, with a focus on manufacturing systems and MRP systems delivery
  • Previous experience of working with and managing 3rd party IT vendors
  • Experience of working with FactoryMaster or similar manufacturing systems is desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
