Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time, dedicated Massage Therapist who shares our genuine passion for well-being. In this role, you will be guided in curating unique and personalized experiences for our guests and members. Reporting directly to our Wellness Manager, we are looking for individuals who are driven to constantly deepen their knowledge and gain new skills in holistic therapies and ancient healing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a wide range of massages, body treatments, and/or facials to our guests and members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in holistic therapies.
  • Collaborate with our Wellness Manager to develop and implement new wellness programs and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of well-being and growth.
  • Embrace opportunities for self-development and share your skills with our guests, members, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferred.
  • Proficiency in providing a wide range of massages, body treatments, and/or facials.
  • A team-orientated, positive, and caring personality who is passionate about well-being.
  • A compassionate and nurturing character, with a true commitment to caring for others.

Compensation

This role offers a base rate of £14.38 per hour, plus inclusion in our spa therapist commission scheme and our bedroom service charge scheme.
