Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Witney Day Nursery and Preschool. As an Out of School Club Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing wrap-around care for children aged 4-11, promoting their development and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging activities to encourage children's development towards key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents and carers.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment.

Requirements

  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery or similar setting.
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
  • Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
