Sales Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Interaction - Leicester. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key business accounts, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting and assisting customers via incoming calls and emails
  • Prospecting new business and developing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Nurturing existing relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Updating internal systems and databases with accurate and timely information

Requirements:

  • Previous sales or sales account management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service
