Horizon Care and Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in our care, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people in daily life, including helping with morning routines, preparing evening meals, and ensuring they have a safe space to relax and unwind.
  • Help young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.
  • Provide support with emotional and behavioral challenges, and work closely with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, and participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
