Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer - Model Based Systems Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at MASS. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting new capabilities within our test and evaluation facility. You will work closely with our Principal Solution Architect to develop and implement new systems, and will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment, verification, and validation of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new systems and capabilities within our test and evaluation facility
  • Work closely with our Principal Solution Architect to develop and implement new systems
  • Ensure the successful deployment, verification, and validation of new systems
  • Develop and maintain system design documentation
  • Provide ongoing support and continuous assistance during deployment

Requirements:

  • Systems Engineering experience
  • Test and acceptance of integrated systems experience
  • Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle
  • Requirements Management experience (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.)
  • System Design Documentation experience

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Systems Modelling (UML/SysML) experience
  • Defence Industry knowledge of EW systems
  • Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink)
  • Previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition)
