Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at House Recruiting. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Perform pre-tenancy checks to ensure properties are ready for occupation
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and tenants to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
  • Collaborate with our accounts and lettings teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Report to the head of department on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • ARLA qualification is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000 based on experience
  • A bonus of £5,500 on top of basic salary
  • A hybrid working arrangement after probation
  • A Monday to Friday working schedule
  • No driving license required
