The primary focus of this role is to support Airfield teams in a compliance capacity, ensuring adherence to relevant aerodrome operational regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Airfield Compliance Officer in ensuring compliance with ICAO, CAA, and aerodrome regulations.
  • Learn and apply relevant regulations and standards to enable compliance in an aviation environment.
  • Plan and deliver compliance support services, including audits and inspections.
  • Provide administrative support to Airfield Compliance, including document control and record-keeping.
  • Assist with updating regulatory documentation and compiling team statistics.
  • Identify and report non-compliances.

Qualifications and Training:

This role includes training to become a Regulatory Compliance Officer (Level 4) over a period of 21 months, involving a combination of college-based learning, industry computer-based training, and regulatory recognized courses.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Focused, energetic, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Setting the highest safety standards through positive behavior.
  • Complying with safety standards and applying them in accordance with training and best practice.
  • Contributing to deliver best working practices and service to customers.
  • Demonstrable interest in the aviation sector.

Safety Accountability & Responsibility:

  • Operational; compliance with all relevant aerodrome operational regulations.
