Dies ist Ihre Chance, Teil unseres Teams als Junior Marketplace Manager zu werden, der führenden deutschen Amazon-Agentur. In dieser Rolle werden Sie eine entscheidende Funktion für den Erfolg Ihrer zugewiesenen Kunden, deren Produkte und Marken übernehmen. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, die langfristige Leistung der Kunden sicherzustellen, strategisch Kundenkonten (Seller oder Vendor) zu entwickeln und als primärer Ansprechpartner für die Kunden zu fungieren. Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie mit Teams zusammen, die sich mit Werbung, visueller Markenbildung und Inhalten befassen, um Aufgaben zu koordinieren. Dies ist eine Gelegenheit für Sie, Strukturen und Prozesse für unser UK-Account-Management-Team zu etablieren und zu verbessern.

Ihre Aufgaben:


  • Entwicklung von Strategien für den Marktplatz und Produkte auf Amazon
  • Strategische und operative Planung für Unternehmenskunden
  • Beratung zu relevanten Leistungskennzahlen für Unternehmenskunden
  • Analyse der Produkt- und Verkaufsleistung der Kunden
  • Erstellung von Kontoberichten für Kunden
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Kundenkonten auf Amazon
  • Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von Produktdetailseiten mit relevantem Inhalt
  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Produktplatzierungen und Schlüsselwörtern
  • Koordination der Interaktionen zwischen Marketplace-Team, Advertising-Team und Content-Team
  • Einrichtung und Verbesserung von Geschäftsprozessen
Ihr Profil
  • Abschluss (Bachelor oder Master) in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Kulturwissenschaften oder ähnlichem
  • Erfahrung im (Online-)Marketing ist von Vorteil
  • Vorherige Erfahrung im Amazon-Ökosystem ist von Nutzen
  • Starkes theoretisches Wissen in Marketing und Vertrieb
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
