Key Responsibilities:
- Job Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with design teams, clients, and project managers to implement and complete tasks efficiently.
- Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders, highlighting any challenges or successes.
- Quality Control: Support the quality control and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality products and projects.
- BoP and Commissioning: Assist in the management of BoP (Bill of Process) and commissioning processes to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- Education: High school degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in C&I solar construction.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred.
- License: Valid driver's license.
- Skills: Ability to read and comprehend design plans for civil, mechanical, and electrical construction, and operate heavy equipment including skid steer and telehandler.
