Qualifications

Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a care environment, particularly supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, along with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role.

A background in supervising staff is essential, and candidates should hold a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and be qualified or willing to work towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Knowledge and experience in supporting adults will be advantageous.
