Financial Business Partner

Butler Rose is collaborating with a leading business in the St Austell area to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis.
This role will report directly to the Financial Controller and work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, providing financial insights to inform business decisions.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing accurate and timely financial information for month-end processes.
- Producing monthly management accounts with narrative analysis.
- Developing and maintaining budgets and forecasts, including re-forecasting as necessary.
- Managing project accounting and analysis, including financial modeling using Excel.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis.
- Fostering strong working relationships with financial and non-financial stakeholders across the organization.
- Participating in CAPEX approval processes.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or someone with relevant experience and QBE or part-qualified status. Experience with Power BI is advantageous but not essential.
