About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Director to join our team at Tarka Talent, specializing in Energy and Utilities consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing consulting engagements, developing business strategies, and driving growth in the Energy and Utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery: Lead consulting engagements in Energy and Utilities, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Commercial and Relationship Management: Manage stakeholders to maximize profitability, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Business Development: Utilize your existing networks and growth potential to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Support technological advancements and current processes, ensuring the highest quality of services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Operated at Director-level in consultancy
  • Experience working with Energy and Utilities clients
  • Ability to manage a team; mentor and develop colleagues
  • Broad skillset across Transformation, Ops Turnaround, and Process Improvement
What We Offer
  • Base salary range of £140,000-£160,000
  • Bonus structure (circa 30%)
