About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our team as a Lead Veterinary Surgeon. As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for directing the practice and its staff in providing exceptional care to clients and pets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine, with a minimum of 2 years' experience (UK or equivalent). You should be a registered Veterinary Surgeon with the RCVS and have experience in diagnostic imaging. A certificate in medicine is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the practice and its staff in providing exceptional care to clients and pets
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for patient and client care
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve practice performance and patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve practice goals and objectives
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff members
