We're looking for a Customer Assistant to join our team in our stores. As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every customer receives the service they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in store, ensuring that stock is accurately received and stored.
  • Proactively maintain the bakery, ensuring that fresh goods are always available for our customers.
  • Expertly merchandise and maintain our middle aisles of Non-Food products, ensuring that they are always well-stocked and visually appealing.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights.
  • A generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl, including 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, and a pension scheme.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent customer service skills and a positive approach to changing priorities.
