Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Efficiently manage stock levels, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment
