Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
  • Conduct regular checks and patrols to ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for residents.
  • Process and maintain accurate records, including incident reports and resident information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and activities to support resident rehabilitation and reintegration.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1st Aid trained
  • Good English oral and written communication skills
