Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Aspire Housing. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the strategic maintenance material supply contracts for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process and controls of material usage and costs
  • Ensure that the right products are available to meet the operational needs of the business
  • Negotiate with external stakeholders and work with internal teams to ensure effective contract management
  • Identify improvements and set up new processes and systems to streamline the purchasing operation
  • Experience of high-volume catalogue management

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing supply contracts, ideally within the social housing sector
  • Good contract management experience, with good financial and commercial acumen
  • Successful track record of negotiating with external stakeholders and working with internal teams
  • Conversant with procurement methodologies and techniques
