Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer renewals, MTAs, and new business for clients' Home and Motor policies, including Fine Art, Jewellery, Yachts, and Motorboats.
  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing bespoke solutions for their commercial businesses and personal insurance needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, adapting communication styles to suit individual needs.
  • Work closely with the HNW Broking team to achieve high renewal retention rates and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Personal Lines products and commercial insurance markets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software applications.
