- Provide high-quality, risk-based advice to management on employee-related matters, building a reputation as a credible and professional HR advisor.
- Lead key strategic projects and activities, such as Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
- Work with specialist colleagues to provide tailored solutions to business problems.
- Analyse key themes, trends, and performance metrics to identify potential impacts on the business and make recommendations for moving forward.
- Proven track record of business partnering in a professional and commercial organisation, ideally with experience in supporting information technology and unionised operational environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels.
- Demonstrate commercial drive and acumen, with the ability to influence and achieve results.
- Experience of planning and delivering organisation design and people change.
- Experience of developing talent and succession plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
We offer a competitive salary between £60,000 - £70,000pa, dependent on capability, as well as a bonus of up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance. You will also receive 28 days annual leave as standard, a competitive contributory pension scheme, and access to a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your well-being and professional success.
