Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior IT Recovery Technician to join our team at Daisy Corporate Services Trading Limited. As a key member of our IT operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' business operations remain uninterrupted, even in the face of unforeseen disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new skills and expertise in disaster recovery and business continuity
  • Manage routine maintenance tasks, including applying essential updates and patches, and overseeing hardware components
  • Diagnose the root causes of IT incidents and implement prompt, effective solutions to restore systems with minimal downtime
  • Maintain detailed records of recovery procedures and configurations, ensuring our processes remain transparent and repeatable
Requirements
  • Understanding of Intel/Windows Desktop Support (preferred)
  • Fundamental understanding of Networks, Switches & Routers (preferred)
  • Basic familiarity with Windows Server Operating Systems (preferred)
  • Willingness to participate in Out-of-Hours call out rotations (required)
  • Valid UK Driving License (required)
