Senior Sustainability Consultant - Oxford

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join a dedicated consultancy specializing in sustainability, energy efficiency, and net-zero design. The firm provides both strategic and technical guidance within the built environment.

The primary focus of this role will be on the execution of BREEAM assessments, encompassing feasibility studies and planning support leading to certification. Depending on your expertise, there may also be opportunities to engage in broader tasks such as energy modeling, life cycle assessment (LCA), sustainability and energy statements, as well as developing Net-Zero strategies.


Key Qualifications for the Senior Sustainability Consultant:
  • In-depth understanding of current Building Regulations Part L
  • BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) or BREEAM Assessor certification
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar sustainability role (applications from outstanding candidates with less experience will also be considered)
  • Proven experience in managing BREEAM assessments through to certification
