Company Overview: TXM Recruit is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team, focusing on high-end residential properties managed by a private property management firm.

Position Details: This full-time role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with standard working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, and opportunities for additional hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of heating and ventilation systems, including pumps.
  • Manage the upkeep of swimming pool and spa systems.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, particularly those related to health and safety.
  • Participate in seasonal shifts and on-call rotations.

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer.

  • Experience in building or facilities maintenance.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible.
