Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Morson Projects. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our busy office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, including scanning and electronic filing of documents, organizing incoming and outgoing post, and maintaining stationery stock.
- Arrange catering for meetings, book travel, and purchase office supplies as needed.
- Reconcile staff holidays with timesheet bookings and maintain accurate records of worker absences.
- Onboard new starters, including pre-employment checks, and create door access passes and contracts as required.
- Record staff absences via the HR system and maintain accurate records of worker information.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is essential.
